The agreement
Skintrail is provided by Cosmic Sandwich, LLC. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service notes explain Skintrail’s operation and are intended to supplement that agreement without removing mandatory consumer rights. Questions: support@skintrail.app.
A personal record
Skintrail helps you photograph and record skin, hair and personal routines. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Photos, comparisons, timelines and product tags are organizational tools. They do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or establish that a product caused a change. Lighting, camera position and other factors can affect comparisons. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
Skintrail Pro
Skintrail Pro unlocks new guided photos and routine creation and editing. Plans, prices, billing periods and trial eligibility are shown in the app before purchase. Any introductory onboarding allowance is separate from an App Store subscription trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. After an eligible free trial, the displayed subscription price applies unless you cancel in time under Apple’s terms. A lifetime option, when offered, is a one-time purchase rather than a renewing subscription. Prices and available offers may vary by region.
You can restore eligible purchases and open subscription management from Skintrail’s Settings. Cancelling renewal generally preserves access through the paid period. Existing journal entries remain viewable, exportable and deletable when paid access ends.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage subscriptions using your App Store account. Uninstalling Skintrail, deleting your journal or emailing support does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through Report a Problem, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law.
Your content
You retain your rights in the photos and notes you create. Only capture, import or share material you are entitled to use. You choose what to export and which people or services receive it. Keep an export if you need an independent copy of your journal. Deleting data can be irreversible; cloud synchronization is not a promise of a completed backup.
Availability and changes
Features depend on a compatible device and operating system. Purchases, product-image loading and any enabled cloud service also depend on their respective services and connectivity. We may maintain or update the app and will communicate changes to paid services when required. Apple’s EULA and applicable law govern warranties, limitations and termination.
