When can I get Skintrail?

Skintrail requires iOS 18 or later. Check the App Store listing for availability in your region. Get it on the App Store.

How do I start tracking?

Set up your journal, follow the guided camera to capture your first photos, and add a routine with its start date. A daily reminder can help make the next check-in a habit.

Which photos can I take?

Skintrail guides front, left, right, hairline and chin views. Try to keep lighting, distance and time of day consistent. The five views help you build a familiar visual record.

Can I add the products I actually use?

Yes. Search the built-in catalog or add a product to your local library. Tag it in a routine to keep the dates beside your photos.

Will it tell me which product works?

Skintrail helps you observe your photos alongside routine dates. It does not score your skin, diagnose a condition or prove product effectiveness. A journal is context for your observations and conversations with a professional.

Are the website photos real results?

The front-view demo uses an AI-edited version of the same sample portrait with mild blemishes. The scrubber fades those edits to the original image; the comparison places them side by side. Skin changes, dates and routines are simulated, not customer results or evidence that a treatment works. Other angles show unedited sample portraits.

Where are my photos stored?

In the app’s journal storage, with private iCloud synchronization when configured and available in your build. Photos and notes are not sent to PostHog or RevenueCat. Usage analytics does include some product-tag and routine data. The Privacy Policy explains the distinction.

What is included in Skintrail Pro?

New guided photos and routine creation and editing. Plans and localized prices appear in the app. You can still view, export and delete existing entries after Pro ends.

How do I restore or cancel a purchase?

Open Settings in Skintrail and choose Restore purchases or App Store subscriptions. You can also manage subscriptions with Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Can I export or delete my journal?

Yes. Settings contains export and journal deletion. You can also share photo cards and Skinlapse videos. Copies you share or export remain at their destination. Service-data requests are separate; contact us about privacy.

Something is not working. What should I send?

Send the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. The contact page can prepare an email. Leave selfies, passwords and medical information out of the initial message.
